PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Stainless steel reactor is the one most widely use chemical equipment, the generalized understanding of stainless steel reactor is the vessel through the structural design and parameter configuration to realize the functions of heating, evaporation, cooling and low-speed and high-speed mixing required by the process with physical or chemical reaction.It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, pesticide, scientific research and other industries to complete the reaction equipment of polymerization, condensation, vulcanization, alkylation, hydrogenation and many processes of inorganic/organic and intermediates. It is suitable for large-scale or batch production in various enterprises under the conditions of high temperature, high pressure, high vacuum, high speed, suspension and convection, the reaction medium can be completely in a static sealing state to react with harsh media such as flammable, explosive, highly toxic, hydrogen, hydro fluoric acid and so on.
Model/Code/Type 304(S30408)/316L(S31603)/321(S32168) are chromium-nickel alloys and 2205(S31803/S32205) is middle alloy duplex stainless steel that common use in manufacturing of stainless steel reactor.
The structure of stainless steel reactor mainly includes a top cover with nozzles, a integral closed vessel, a top/site/bottom insert agitator, motor-gear driving device, shaft seal, U type or limpet coil type heating/cooling jacket (Optional), inner coil for heat exchange in vessel (Optional), bottom flush valve, temperature and pressure measurement device, CIP/SIP device and etc. Resistance to corrosion and staining, easy clean and sterilize, low maintenance, and familiar luster make stainless steel reactor an ideal for many applications where both the strength, cleaness and corrosion resistance are required. Stainless steel reactor has smooth internal surface(mirror, pickling) and polished external surface (pickling, blasted, frosted, matte treatment) special apply in clean-production.

CAUTION
| Stainless steel corrodes rapidly in the presence of chloride ions, even more than ordinary mild steel. Therefore, there are requirements for the use environment of stainless steel, and it needs to be wiped frequently to remove dust and keep it clean and dry. |
