PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION
Laminated dishes/Disc glass lined steel condenser is a new plate-type condenser. The equipment can be used for higher vacuum distillation device ( the vacuum canbe reaches 130Pa). It adopts two-hole or six-hole design to reduce the thickness of condensing dishes and increase the flow speed of cooling water.  Heat transfer efficiency has increased above 30% to 50% compared with the common condenser by the same condensing area.In addition to chemical resistance there are advantages for resistance to abrasion and easy to clean.
This type condenser assembled by an enameled cover, one or several intermediate standard enameled condensate dishes which easy to change,  an enameled bottom, sealing gaskets, studs and nuts. Each condensate dish connected into a integral by welding threaded tube with flexible metal tube.

Working Medium:Organic acid, inorganic acid, organic solvent& weak alkaline except hydrofluoric acid, medium with fluoric-ion, alkali and phosfate acid which concentration over 30% with temperature over 180 Deg.C
Spark Test for Lining-glass:20KV after glass-ling, and 10KV before shipment
Temperature Resistance:Chilling shock: 110 Deg.C, Thermal shock: 120 Deg.C
