RODUCTION DESCRIPTION
YKB50-20 Circular-block/Cylindrical block horizonal type graphite heat exchanger/condenser is an important chemical production equipment. It has a series of excellent properties: good heat transfer performance, simple structure, convenient manufacturing, low cost and corrosion resistance, etc., a wide range applicating in chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, metallurgy, waste treatment and other industrial fields for condensing, cooling, heating, vaporation & absorbing.
It is mainly used in chlor-alkali chemical, petrochemical, fluoride salt, titanium dioxide, zirconium, chloroacetic acid, chlorinated paraffin, monocrystalline silicon fluorine chemical and other chemical production industries.
STRUCTURE

A cylindrical block type graphite heat exchanger/condenser is composed of one or several graphite heat exchange blocks with drilling holes, graphite end-heads, steel shells and cover plates. Each parts are sealed with PTFE / graphite gaskets. Top end fasten with long bolts and spring preload as automatic compensation mechanism for thermal expansion and contraction.If use as condensor, it should be add a gas-liquid seperator on the bottom of equipment. Installation with Vertical and Horizonal type. |

Each graphite heat exchange cylindrical block have drilled with two sets of non-connected holes to flowing pass two different temperature medium to achieve the purpose of heat exchange. These optimized cylindrical blocks impregnated with phenolic resin, and constitute by stacking formed the heart of the graphite heat exchangers. These graphite blocks associable between them, allow adaptability and perfect match to the need of customers. |

HOW TO AVOIDING DAMAGE IN GRAPHITE HEAT EXCHANGER
☆ The graphite is a brittle material, and the steam/water valve should be opened gradually during initial heating/cooling to avoid damage to the graphite block due to liquid shock.
☆ Avoid mechanical impact on the heat exchanger body.
☆ When not in use for a long time, drain the condensed water in the heat exchanger to avoid the graphite block freezing and cracking in winter.
☆ Avoid corrosion of steel shell and cover by leaked corrosion medium.
☆ Avoid strong alkali enter the interior of heat exchanger to damage the impregnating resin and cause block leakage.
☆ Please use the heat exchanger within the specified temperature and pressure.
