RODUCT DESCRIPTION
Glass lining distillation column apply in distillation process for the mixed liquid separation and purification by thermodynamics and other separation means when extraction, adsorption as compared to the system without the use of other than the solvent component, thereby ensuring without introducing new impurities.
Distillation column is an essential equipment used in distillation of liquid mixtures so as to separate the mixture into its component parts, or fractions, based on the differences in volatilities.
Distillation is the process of separating the components or substances from a liquid mixture by using selective boiling and condensation. Distillation may result in essentially complete separation (nearly pure components), or it may be a partial separation that increases the concentration of selected components in the mixture. In either case, the process exploits differences in the relative volatility of the mixture's components. In industrial chemistry, distillation is a unit operation of practically universal importance, but it is a physical separation process, not a chemical reaction.
Glass Lined Column Section is usually used for gas scrubber, tubular reactor, glass lined distillation column, glass lined absorption column, glass lined extraction column and etc. The nozzel size and position with support form, flange standard, length of column section, whether jacketed shall be design, manufacture and supply according to the user's requirment.

Spark Test for Lining-glass:20KV after glass-ling fired, and 10KV before delivery
Temperature Resistance:Chilling shock: 110 ºC, Thermal shock: 120 ºC
